NextLink is an IT Consultancy that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 year.
We are currently looking for an IT - HR Consultancy Services to work for our final client in Basel, Switzerland
SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS
- TITLE: IT-HR Consultancy Services
- WORK LOCATION: Start onsite in Basel then remote is possible, with punctual travels to customer site in Basel.
- DESIRED START DATE: December ASAP END DATE: to be defined, project scope
- LANGUAGE: English mandatory and German or French is a plus
BACKGROUND/CONTEXT
Our customer has a challenge about staff cost planning. In their SAP HR module, they have been using the Personnel Cost Forecast feature for over 10 years. This solution is very robust and therefore very little user friendly.
We are looking for a solution to use the available data to integrate them into a tool (SAP or not). The objective is to make the planning and the control a posteriori of the evolution of the head count.
SERVICE DELIVERABLES
- Define a scope of action with current system in place and deliver an approach plan and development plan with phases/dates.
- Develop an overlayed and SAP compatible HR cockpit web based system that allows to retrieve data from SAP HR module, and manage it in front of resource costing, planning and management needs.
COMPETENCES REQUIRED TO DELIVER THE SERVICE
- 5 years + in HRIS
- Strong experience with HR processes
- High communication skills in order to understand each country requirements on HR Systems and align it to the HR Roadmap and check this requirement with the group
- Propose and review HR process gaps and implement improvements
- Promote and enable innovation activities
- Measure realization of value improvement targets within HR processes
- Having worked with a lot of different HR systems and being able to come back with Best Practices
- Proven successful experience in a similar project
