IT HELPDESK SPECIALIST - TIER I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Quantico, VA. THIS IS POTENTIALLY SHIFT WORK.

POSSESSION OF AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Security+ Certification
- Experience with Tier 1 level, break/fix helpdesk support

What You'll Be Doing:
- High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Five to nine (5-9) years of experience required with at least four (4) years of experience using Remedy.
- Certified in accordance with DODD 8570.1 Information Assurance Technician I.
- Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk and existing non-local Service Desks
- Develop scripts, analyze tailored reports, review and correlate audits, conduct Tier 1 and higher tiered analysis in response to Service Desk escalation
- Monitor tickets to correlate events and incidents for maintaining overall required levels of performance of Information Technology Services.
- Perform patching of ticket management system and perform Remedy System Administration.
