IT Service Desk operator
General:
Job location: Brussels, Belgium
Start Date: 01st of March
Contract Duration: 6 months - can be extended
Daily between 7 AM till 6 PM
No standby duty and no weekend work for the moment
Introduction:
Our client is the leading telecommunications company in Belgium and a market leader in a number of areas, including retail and wholesale fixed-line telephony services, mobile communications services and broadband data and Internet services. They are looking for Service Desk operators.
Mission:
-IT Support helpdesk function, telephone support for all applications of the company (operator function)
-Creation of HP Service Manager interactions and incidents for further follow-up
-Handling issues reported through our Intranet
-Creating support documents for our users and for internal use
Required skills:
Profile:
Mother tongue/fluent Dutch or French
Well skilled in other national language besides mother tongue
Good level English
Good phone skills
Team player
IT knowledge:
*Office 365 (Outlook - Onenote - Sharepoint)
*WINDOWS 10
*Possible prior knowledge of SCCM - HP Service Manager is a big advantage.
*Great interest and minimum basic knowledge in mobile devices (iOS - Android)
*troubleshooting skills
Experience with working in a Service Desk environment is a big advantage.
