A leading provider of IT communication services is currently looking for an IT Helpdesk/Call Advisor to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes. This will be on a Full time basis - weekly rota between 7am-7pm. We are looking for fluent speakers in Portuguese or Spanish or German for this role.

You will be providing a variety of users with telephone helpdesk support dealing with a range of technical tasks for example resetting passwords and gathering information regarding their enquiry. You will try to resolve queries at first contact, ensuring all calls are logged. Where you are not able to solve the query you will pass to your second level support colleagues.

With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
