Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Tier I IT Helpdesk Troubleshooting for Windows OS
- Experience with break/fix computer support
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide desk side support for users on Microsoft Operating Systems
- Provide initial Tier I computer helpdesk support
- Answer initial calls from network users for break/fix, troubleshooting support
- Open initial tickets, isolate and/or escalate technical issues
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Certified: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+
- Minimum one (1) year of Information Technology support
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service support
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Military Protocol
- Military Information Technology experience
