THE CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. YOU MUST BE PC LITERATE WITH APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN A IT HELPDESK ENVIRONMENT WITH THE ABILITY TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING WITHIN A LOW LEVEL IT SUPPORT ROLE.
Initial role will be general Telephone duties, password resets and accurate call logging skills.
The ideal candidate will be to looking enhance their IT Skills with a desire to progressing within IT Support. THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE SHIFT WORKING SO FLEXIBILITY TOWARDS WORKING HOURS IS ESSENTIAL
