Providing frontline IT support to University staff and students, you will be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of computer labs, providing printer support, undertake IT helpdesk duties and prepare and maintain an inventory of University IT equipment.
Educated to Higher National Diploma (HND) level or hold an equivalent qualification, you should have experience of working in a Windows XP/ 7 and desktop support environment. You must also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and operating systems. A strong customer focus is required, together with excellent communication skills.
