IT Governance and Controllership Analyst (Operations) Job

IT GOVERNANCE AND CONTROLLERSHIP ANALYST/OPERATION needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Niskayuna, NY.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS

- Information Technology Background
- Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support Controllership internal assessments, audits, reconciliation and remediation, including:
- Quarterly project share audits
- Project share recertification
- Critical Systems inventories/updates
- Quarterly Livelink access audits
- Monthly BISCOM collaborator surveys
- On-going submission and follow-up Export Control certification workflow
- Monitor and provide Level 1 support for IT Controller Service now tickets
- Assist process/system/control owners in documenting/updating IT Business Continuity Plans

SUPPORT SOFTWARE GOVERNANCE SIMPLIFICATION/AUDITS/INITIATIVES INCLUDING:

- On-going export control US Person certification for EC tagged software requests
- Software compliance and reconciliation - data gathering and analysis
- Software usage statistics/bill back estimates for 2014
- Software purchase data mining from SSS/ePR/FACTS/SAM
- Assist with formal Software Governance process documentation
- Monitor and provide Level 1 support for Software Governance SAM and Service Now tickets
- Interact with Global IT Teams for audit remediation
- Interact with GRC Employees/Contingent workers to verify accuracy, and completeness of inventories.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Information Technology Background
- Detail oriented
- Strong Research skills
- Strong Organizational skills - Need to gather, review and organize large amounts of data
- Microsoft Office Skills - Experienced with Excel, Word
- Process rigor
- Excellent customer communications
