IT Governance Analyst

Leads the technical implementation and operation of the support tools for the global operative model to support global processes, monitoring, identity management and other operational processes

- Leads the implementation and execution of the global integrated operative model to find and achieve efficiencies.
- Follows the common set of planning processes and tools outlined by management and assists those with planning responsibilities in IT.
- Ensures that improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
- Coordinates with users to determine requirements and make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous administrative and support issues.
- Helps monitor project schedules and costs as required by Management.
- Acts as a resource for directions, training and guidance of less experienced staff.
- Uses a diverse array of hardware technologies and software technologies to undertake complex projects.
- Help in the implementation and maintenance of the support tools for the global operative model to support Global Processes, Monitoring, Identity Management and the Security Console

SKILLS:

Must have experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for business process. PM experience is helpful, but not a requirement.
