IT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT/ALPIN EXPERT (WEB PORTAL), BASEL- PHARMACEUTICAL

Experis IT Switzerland, a leading Swiss IT company is currently on the search for an IT Functional Consultant to join one of their clients, a global and well renowned pharmaceutical company based in BASEL.

For this temporary assignment planned to start in October until the end of the year with the opportunity of an extension, we are in search of an ENGLISH speaking CANDIDATE.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

The ALPIN Functional Expert joins a team of talented, creative, and motivated Systems Analysts, Solution Architects, Project and People Managers, who work on the ALPIN 2.0 project within Pharma Informatics ERP Demand-to-Supply organization (there are 7-8 people you will work closely with). The ALPIN 2.0 project is about to redefine the operating model related to Artworks (printed packaging materials - ie patient information leaflet that can be found in the drug package). Managing high number of artwork changes of Drug Products through Roche's supply chain is a complex process which shall be simplified by the project. It is planned to be achieved via process simplification and interlinked best-in-class informatics infrastructure to make the systems, involved in the processes, more user-friendly and to enable an increased throughput of artworks changes.

PERFORMING IN THIS ROLE YOU AS AN IT PROJECT & CHANGE MANAGER WILL HAVE FOLLOWING TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze customer requirements
- Provide Functional Specifications to Technical team for any Customized developments
- Defining test scenarios and preparing test scripts
- Design and implement the occupancy plan for the new buildings organization
- Collaborate with team members (project manager, business end users, Front End developers, and other UX designers) through the entire design and development process.

YOUR PROFILE:

- At least 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE with WEB SITES/PORTALS and/or BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
- of 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE with ERP systems specifically SAP SUPPLY CHAIN AREA
- Experience in creating WIREFRAMES, APPLICATION PROTOTYPES
- Knowledge of USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN PRINCIPLES
- Experience or practical knowledge of BUSINESS PROCESS MODELING NOTATION such as with SQL (ie basic knowledge)
- Pharmaceutical experience will be a big advantage
- English skills (B2/c1) Level
