IT Functional Business Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Recommend and facilitate the design, testing, development, implementation and maintenance of software applications, in order to meet the company’s strategic objectives and business requirements
- Provide leadership throughout the entire software development life cycle to ensure that the product meets company goals, business needs and requirements
- Formalize IT application requirements into general and detailed specifications that can be used by systems development teams: invoicing, SAP integration, analytical dimensions required for cost control
- Participate (working with Business Champions, Business experts and program management) in the definition of program scoping exercises, breaking down the interaction between the shipping and the SAP financial system
- Contribute to the implementation phase of projects, providing a training capability and expertise in the use of the process / system
- Contribute to the development of training material
- Work closely with application designer and developers to achieve the above and provide products that are considered best of breed
- Prepare, facilitate and/or lead workshops with Business experts and IT experts as required by the program, in order to meet program’s objectives

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven expertise in Finance and SAP Systems
- Experience in Logistics, Operations, Operations and Budgeting
- Good in Workshop Management and team building  
- Systems and Data minded
- Experience with Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
- Cost control minded
