IT Finance Partner

IT Finance Partner - up to £350 per day based in Brentford.

Our client is a world leading pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced IT Finance Partner. You will be fully qualified with around 4 years PQE and have excellent accounting knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead quarterly forecasting process and annual planning process.
* Analyse and communicate monthly results to the EIS leadership team.
* Identify and drive process improvement initiatives
* Use analysis and energy to enhance the Global Support Function (GSF) performance by:
o Partnering as key member of management teams
o Contributing to GSF performance with rigorous, evidence-based and analytical decision making
o Assisting with resource allocation and investment decision support
o Identifying best source analysis to define operational problems and other challenges
o Managing risk management, financial management and governance for the organisation

Experience:
* Experience working in business/functional unit/commercial P&L environment
* Experience working with multiple client groups across a global Matrix organisation
* Advanced numeracy, accuracy and excellent attention to detail
* Advanced MS Excel and other Microsoft Office skills
* Working knowledge of accounting, budgeting and forecasting principles
* Proficient financial knowledge of modelling, analysis, evaluation, and forecasting
* Ability to successfully analyse data and develop rationale/proposal
* Proven ability to work under pressure against tight and changing dead-lines and prioritise work to deliver to required timelines
* Strong communication skills and a proven team player
* Ability to coordinate several activities at once and quickly analyse and resolve specific problems
* Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical experience
* Demonstrate Finance Partnering capabilities - option analysis and decision making/communicating for results/catalyst for change.
* Completer finisher with ability to investigate and recommend new ways of working/process improvements
