IT Field Resource Coordinator - 3 Months Contract - Homebush

The operators on the customer service desk are on the break/fix part of the business. Basically, the operator will be taking inbound calls/email requests and logging them into the system. These calls and emails will be related to customer queries.
To be suitable for this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic experience working in an IT helpdesk environment would be highly desirable
- Experience using a call logging system, highly desirable
- Strong problem solving skills
- Team player attitude
- Intermediate computing skills (Windows O/S, Internet Explorer, MS Office)
- Sound communication skills
