IT Enterprise & Solution Architect (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
Support in building the Enterprise Architecture & Design solutions which respect project milestones and budgets while making the current architecture evolving towards the target one.
Function description
° Help the project manager and the designer or analyst to outline the business/applicative/technologic part of solution while ensuring that the target solution
follows Personal Finance / Group standard and Architecture best practices
° Gap analysis enabling to identify interfaces or modification to implement to the current architecture
° Control that the proposed architecture is compliant with the Group standards
° Rule with stakeholders and sponsors on non-functional requirement to identify and agree on expected service levels
° When considering buying an off the shelf package, proactively collect the pros and cons for the functional part of the solution and assess support model, service of fered and
quotation provided by the supplier and/or the group
° Should an off the shelf package be purchased on the local market, contribute to rule with or control that procurement rules are duly respected (RFI, RFP, RFQ, Negotiation, Risks
analysis)
° Ensure that the proposed solution relies on proven components and is designed regarding the best and that the solution duly uses generic application components
° Identify availability, capacity, performance, consumption constraints to take into account and validate the feasibility of the solutions if necessary by producing prototypes
° In cooperation with Security Management, identify security constraints and model to apply to the solution and agree on best approach enabling implementation of secure
infrastructure
° Maintain architecture vision as regards to life or future IST Common Infrastructure and Applications
Key Activities:
° Translate Business strategy and new objectives into Application Architecture.
° Assess strategy to find requirements and constraints that affect (changes in) the Enterprise Architecture.
° Advise on the selection of new technologies and concepts to keep architecture in line with market and available technologies.
