Consultative attitude and approach
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Consulting and advising hiring managers on overall hiring process, collaborating on job requisition details and creation, and advising on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques
Developing effective sourcing strategies for filling difficult/niche Engineering roles in a fast paced environment
Reporting and ATS updating for company, client, and OFCCP purposes
Developing a strong pipelines of candidates for both current and future openings by understanding the client business and needs
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:Minimum 3 years of Recruiting experience
Prior Corporate Recruiting experience
Specific experience recruiting for IT/Engineering skill sets
Excellent communication and consultative skills
Creative sourcing techniques and web capabilities to drive talent from unique sources outside of job boards, LinkedIn, and various ATS systems
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience recruiting in an OFCCP environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferred
