IT Engineer/Tester

Main Responsibilities

Lead the local and off shore teams
Create and manage team detailed work plan (Iterations Plan, Release Plan, etc.)
Perform test reviews to team members
Continuously report the QA status to project and product managers, during frequent regular reviews and off-cycle sessions
Be proficient in risk management and prioritizing tasks for short cycle release with floating release scope
Manage distributed QA team, set team goals, report product state to higher management
Responsible for the team members wellbeing including training and career development
Lead the QA automation effort, both on API and UI level

Required technical skills - general
Advanced knowledge of XML
Message buses (JMS/MQ/IMS/Tibco)
Advanced experience with SOAP stack
Knowledge of REST
Concept of secured communication
SAP is a plus
Database administration and SQL
Administrator knowledge of Window and Linux. Unix knowledge is a plus.

Required technical skills - for automation effort
GUI automated testing experience for desktop apps in .NET
Web 2.0 automated testing experience (Selenium, TruClient or Others)
Coding/Scripting skills in major programming and Scripting languages (Java, C#, Python, bash, VBScript)
