-Handle the level 2 and 3 incidents received from Service Desk
-Determine recurring incidents and find long term solution with the other IT teams
-Software installation in accordance with user requests
-Handle incidents at client premises
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor degree or higher
-Previous experience in an equivalent position
-Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and MS Office
-Knowledge of IT banking solutions (Bloomberg, Reuteurs, …) an asset
-Excellent German, fluent in French and English
-Excellent communication skills in order to interact with clients
