IT Engineer Belgium

For one of our pharmaceutical clients in Antwerp, we are currently looking for a motivated and proactive IT Support Engineer.
You'll be responsible for providing installation and qualification services for business applications (production area, warehouse and labs) and devices (handheld scanners, label printers).

Responsibilities

- Installation services for instrumentation PC's and applications used in the instrumentation environment
- Testing of application used in the instrumentation environment on windows 7
- Windows 7 migration of instrumentation PC's conform internal validation policies
- Provide qualification/validation services for instrumentation PC's and IT related peripherals (handheld scanners, label printers, weighing scales)
- Ensure IT changes are conducted in a compliant way
- Develop and maintain the documentation for all related subjects

Required Profile

- Degree in IT or computer sciences with proven professional experience
- Experience with software validation in GxP regulated environments is preferred
- Knowledge of the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies and interface protocols (Serial, Lan, IEEE, ) is preferred
- Good understanding of IT systems and architecture and technology (infrastructure and applications)
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interest in processes and systems in a manufacturing context
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
