IT eCom Application Support Specialist (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Perform 2nd level IT support on eCom applications (desktop applications installed on customer's premises, or EDI applications)
-Perform root cause analysis on eCom application issues
-Propose solutions to solve such problems (adapt process, correct data etc.)
-Involve customers in incident resolution and problem solving process
-Liaise with eCom project managers to get common understanding of issues and agree on action plans
-Take appropriate actions to reduce number of recurrent incidents
-When needed, perform data analysis and consolidations using MS excel and/or MS Access
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented; capable of adding significant value to the existing eCom team and broader IT department
-Proven experience in working with customers
-Ability to be flexible and adaptable, including the essential skill to manage a large number of simultaneous support tasks on multiple applications
-Well-developed communication skills with technical and non-technical senior management
-2nd or 3rd level support on IT applications experience
-IT environments knowledge about Window systems, Unix systems
-Experience with SQL Server 2008, XML Files, Web Services, Access, MS Excel
