IT Documentation, Business analyst, GXP
A huge medical device company based in Switzerland require an IT documentation Specialist/Business analyst to join their project on a short term contract basis.
Responsibilities:
IT Documentation Specialist/Business analyst
- Review all of the IT SOP documentation and Work Instructions and help to identify gaps, issues and resolutions.
- Ability to identify and comprehend IT operations and resource needs Examples: Disaster Recovery, Archiving, Physical access to assets, permissions and roles.
- Logical and methodical with visual drafting skills
- Ability to learn, understand and analyze existing processes
- Ability to devise appropriate processes and workflow
- Write SOP/Work Instruction documents (not CSV documents)
- Ability to harmonize existing SOPs against the JnJ SDLC process.
- Identify conflict and potential impact within identified systems
- Identify missing SOPs
- Ability to interact with business users
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential
- Knowledge of GXP systems
- Knowledge & Experience working within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- 2-5 Years experience working with IT documentation, IT SOP's and Work instructions.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral
- Swiss German is also preferred
- Able and willing to work in a complex organization with highly detailed rules and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter'
