IT Director - Birmingham

IT Director -Birmingham An IT Director is required by my client who are going through a period of growth and transformation are currently looking to shape its IT team by appointing the suited IT Director to aid in a strategic roadmap for the current team of 5 in IT and to future proof the businesses appetite for growth. From day one you will be tasked with defining the current team's roles and responsibilities and identifying any current or future needs within the IT infrastructure team that my client's business could benefit from. This is an executive level position reporting into the two company directors, so strong stakeholder and customer focused skills will be heavily relied upon as this is an ambitious social business. My client work in a highly competitive market within finance/insurance and experience of being the catalyst for effective change within this market would be advantageous, you will lead and influence the business to new and improved ways of working; as well as delivering IT services that support and enable the business strategy.
