IT Desktop Support Job

DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN needed for a long term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Camp Lajune, North Carolina.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Windows experience
- REMEDY experience
- Standard Desktop/laptop repair, networked printers, mobile services troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk and existing non-local Service Desks
- Develop scripts, analyze tailored reports, review and correlate audits
- Conduct Tier 1 and higher tiered analysis in response to Service Desk escalation
- Monitor tickets to correlate events and incidents for maintaining overall required levels of performance of Information Technology Services.
- Perform patching of ticket management system and perform Remedy System Administration.
- We are a 24/7 operation, and we seek flexibility to modify schedules to meet our needs as the
- Organization and workload grows. We request that a candidate be able to work any shift. Each shift is 8 hours

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- CompTIA Sec
- Must have a final Secret SSBI clearance or above needed to obtain a Secret and NNPI Admin accounts
- Five to nine (5 - 9) years of experience required with at least (4) four years of experience using Remedy.
- Required Certifications: Security+ Cert (A+, Network+, TICSA, SSCP are minimum but Navy-Marine Corps Account Training uses Security+ as Minimum)
- ITILv3 Foundations Cert.
