For our client, an international acting finance company, located in Frankfurt/Main (Germany), we are currently looking for an IT Demand and Portfolio Manager (m/f)

Your key tasks:

You will be part of the IT Governance and Business Relations Division. In your role as IT Demand and Portfolio Manager, you will be part of the Project Hub, a team of dedicated and dynamic staff responsible for facilitating the dialogue between IT and its customers.

* You will engage with IT project stakeholders during the demand-gathering phase to ensure meaningful and efficient debate on objectives, priorities and expectations

* You will design concepts and work with the Directorate Generals management and other teams to develop value-driven approaches for IT customers and users

* You will provide guidance on project initiation and planning, and manage feedback loops to enhance the project management framework

* You will present results to senior management to highlight opportunities and challenges ahead

Your profile:

* Youve got a masters degree in business administration, information technology or computer science, or a bachelors degree

* Youve got a minimum of four and ideally six or more years experience in the field of IT supply and demand management providing detailed advice for the preparation of project proposals for key stakeholders and decision-makers

* Youve got a track record in initiating, scoping and designing solutions/services that have delivered business value in the field of IT infrastructure, software applications or cloud services

* Youve got a proven ability to envision and communicate business and IT service concepts to internal customers, sponsors and delivery teams, and to use a diverse set of methods and tools to illustrate all the components and value-adding features of IT services

* Youve got a detailed understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes in a fast-paced business environment, including the setting of acceptance criteria, the definition of quality assurance plans and the oversight of testing/acceptance processes

* Youve got an advanced command of English
