IT - Delivery Manager (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
As Delivery Manager, you manage all IT aspects of the projects that you are responsible for, in collaboration with Project Manager Business or alone when it comes to purely IT projects.

Function Description
Guide/Coordinate internal and external temporary project IT team members on the project IT deliverables in order to deliver on commitments.
Responsible for the project IT resource planning, by negotiating and committing the right resources and assign resources to tasks for the project in agreement with the Manager and Team Leader(s)
Display knowledge of methodologies in project management in accordance with Group Standards
Contribute to the project plan made by the Project Manager by providing the IT deliverables
Maintain a clear view of the IT work package delivery plan to enable effective progress control
Pilot the project during all project phases till Go Live including after care period
Act as single point of contact for all IT related issues throughout the duration of the project for active internal and external resources

Responsabilities
Translate the business requirements, provided by the Project Manager, into IT deliverables and tasks
Manage the IT deliverables, IT budget, IT time schedule and IT workload baselines
Insure the needed documentations (including Functional and technical analysys) are part of the IT deliverables
Cooperate and assist Architecture in the design of architectural solutions based on requirements and needs expressed in the frame of the project
Insure that the design and implementation phase follows the Architecture and Security requirements (non functional requirements)
Analyze and report on all IT risks and IT issues in a timely manner to the project manager
Help developing the quality plan of the project verifying that works efforts are adhering to quality standard
In cooperation with Procurement and Service Delivery Management, prepare and specify sourcing, identify and select, whether applicable, the supplier, draw up contractual framework
Perform the lessons learned activities with Project Manager for the project, collect feedback, evaluate the project process and the solution, share lessons learned with the IT teams
