IT Delivery Manager

Context
The aims of SSC IT Payments is to provide Software solutions for the SEPA and International payments.

IPAS stands for International Payments Advanced Solution
It is designed for international payables, going beyond current local capabilities. The IPAS offer aims at winning business from new demanding clients, whose needs cannot be met sufficiently in the existing country offers.

Target Segments
- Large corporates focused on streamlining high value (e.g. treasury centers) and low value payments (e.g. payment factories).
- Public and non-bank institutionals who are typically processing high volumes, requesting a global reach and having specific requirements around workflow support.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely delivery of the project (on budget and on quality)
- Follow up open points, risks and issues
- Prepare weekly status meetings of projects
- Ensure good communications with Stakeholders (sponsors, test teams, suplpiers, I&O, …)
- Alignment with stakeholders and follow-up for business requirements
- Follow the Business analyses, the functional analyst team assigned to the project.
- Ensure a good move to Production

Education
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in IT or economics

Certification
- Prince 2 (preferable)

Languages
- French: Good
- Dutch: Good
- English: Fluent

Experience
- Experience of at least 7 years in IT project Management in the international payments.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Project Management skills
- Experience in large and international projects

Preferable
- Mainframe/ COBOL / UNIX

Business Experience
Mandatory
- International Payments, SEPA, Swift

Preferable
- MTS system, fixed price projects, Offshoring
