Our central Manchester based client is seeking someone for an immediate start with phone interviews being conducted Thursday and Friday this week.
As a result of recent business acquisitions they are looking for some to join their team to relieve the current workload on the IT Service Desk Team.
You will be taking a high number of calls per day, ensuring you provide an excellent level of customer service at all times. You will have excellent communication skills in order to resolve all issues in an effective manner.
You will be involved in the escalation of IT issues such as (service request, fault logging, call logging, software & hardware issues) to other departments and documenting information onto the system in a detailed manner.
This role requires an immediate start (Monday the 22nd of April) and telephone interviews are being conducted Friday the 19th of April.
