No specific SAP functional knowledge required - however a solid general SAP background is highly sought after in this role. Successful track record of leading a cutover team across multiple locations and disciplines for a large implementation within a complex SAP landscape encompassing ECC, CRM, BW, Portal, SRM, Netweaver components and non-SAP integration. Data migration planning/exposure essential.

Overall responsibility for localisation of the Global Cutover approach for the Italy commercial deployment. Detailed planning, management and execution of cutover for the IT deployment inc:

1. End-to-End cutover/implementation strategy for IT
2. Definition & Management of the integrated cutover plan (technical & business)
3. Business engagement & mobilisation across all impacted units
4. Business Acceptance of cutover procedures
5. Definition & management of cutover governance process for IT
6. Able to lead, coach & motivate a team of both business & project resources to deliver to the required Scope, Quality, Timelines & Budget.
7. Experience with managing delivery within complex multi vendor (Service provider) landscapes
8. Able to clearly articulate necessary ways of working and behaviours to ensure entire team is positioned to meet deliverables.
9. Ability to transpose 0 Level Plan into A, B & C Level plans.
10. Able to articulate Forecast Progress Vs Actual Progress across all cutover areas, identify progress deltas and report clear Progress Tracking at Project & Programme forums.
11. Experience of progressing towards gated Entry & Exit Criteria to deliver against a Milestone Quality Plan.
12. Able to ensure ongoing liaison with Process Owners & Business users throughout the Test & Implementation Phases to create progressive buy-in to Cutover Delivery Outcomes.
