IT Country Coordinator - Russia

IT COUNTRY COORDINATOR

We are looking for a person who will efficiently manage IT Services in different client units. This challenging task includes major service and budgetary impact. We need a person to initiate, manage service changes and continuously improve our IT Services in those units. Your core responsibility is to ensure that local business continuity is maintained.

Responsibilities and Key Activities

Responsibilities and Key Activities:
- Coordinate IT Operations for those units. Coordinate with our outsourcing suppliers,
- Assist in the Windows 7 rollout across Europe.
- Handle the IT responsibilities of site moves
- Assist in the IT integration of large acquisitions
- Assist to reduce open incidents by working with the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with the quality team and country coordinators using Six Sigma to identify and eliminate root causes of incidents.
- Track and report major incidents and work with our partners to understand and eliminate root causes of major incidents.
- Assist with communicating to end users (writing and posting articles, training sessions, updates).
- Manage hardware changes (PC's, Servers, other IT related equipment)
