IT Coordinator (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Coordination and management of planned site assessments, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop a detailed work breakdown and assessment plan to monitor and track progress.
- Successfully manage site assessment execution working with the project customer and all stakeholders
- To perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Define clear roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Create and maintain comprehensive assessment documentation
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed
- Effective handover of assessment to the execution teams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-PMP Certified (Project Management Institute) Preferred
- Good experience of managing Infrastructure Projects in manufacturing environments
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and scope to a high quality
- Experience working in a global matrix organisation set-up across multiple time zones/regions
- Analytical with the ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks, strong influential skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
-Ability to drive consensus / set mutually agreeable goals
- Clear understanding of industry standard IT infrastructure platforms, terminology, and leading providers, including Network, Telecommunications, Datacenter, Server and Storage
- Knowledge of a variety of different project delivery methodologies
- GxP skills and trainings undertaken but not mandatory
- English language proficient
