IT Control - IT Security Directives Coordinator

For our client in Geneva, we are looking for an IT Control - IT Security Directives coordinator.

End date: 31/12/2015

Location: Geneva

RESPONSABILITIES

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Support coordination of ISAE 3402 IT related points as well as control of IT audit point progress
- Support IT PMO in follow up as well as coordination of business audit points requiring IT intervention
- Implement all required security/legal directives linked to IT
- Challenge directives during creation phase
- Propose process and activities improvements linked to security aspects
- Ensure services provided to users are not impacted (Performances, regression)
- Contribute and run awareness sessions linked to best practices linked to security and performances.

MAIN OBJECTIVES 2015:

- Address missing Security directives gaps (ensure actions get organized - see to coordinate some as per agreement with management) and complete improvement actions as follow up of I&O audit points
- Coordinate IT ISAE 3402 reviews - ensure controls and activity description are adequate and known by all stakeholders

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

- Work closely with IT PMO, Security Department, Infrastructure teams (team leaders and dedicated resources) as well as IT Change Domain Heads.

SKILLS

- UNIX/Windows Server
- Information security experience
- Communication Skills
- Banking experience

LANGUAGES

- Very fluent French and English written and spoken
