IT Consultant Process/Integration (SAP MM/SRM)

Our client, a major Pharma global player is currently looking for an IT CONSULTANT (SAP MM/SRM) for a 10 months contract in Switzerland.

PROJECT SCOPE:

I am looking for an IT expert, who has process analysis and design experience, ideally in the Procurement space, to join my client's team as a key player to ensure end to end integration is realized. The core activities focus on Solution deployment and integration with various line of businesses.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Documentation of end to end business flows, identifying data elements and data flow needs
-Documentation of IT Landscape and components (global, regional and site level)
-Documentation of Interface Maps (site level)
-Review end to end Training materials
-Preparation for workshops and demonstrations.
-Produce and/or support the production of workshop material (process alignment meetings)
-Identify and analyze process gaps, resolution and generation of recommendations.
-Drive and lead optimization of process design.

REQUESTED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- SENIOR LEVEL - 10+ YEARS SAP EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY MM/SRM
- Full life cycle implementations in Core modules of SAP -
- Nice to have is a knowledge of FI Module.
- Advantage - knowledge of the end to end Procurement process
- Knowledge of interface/Middleware technology and terminology
- Experience leading and influencing
- Analytical and process thinking/High attention to detail
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly, and to management level

MISCELLANEOUS:

- START: March 2016
- END: 20.12.2016
- Workload: 100% onsite in Switzerland/1 Day remote work is also an option
- English is compulsory
- German is an asset
