Is through its Future Proof program designing a new structure for an improved lean, agile and automated IT operations delivery. In order to achieve our goals we need to establish information architecture for Master Data Management.

Description of main tasks:

- Help MDM team with expanding an existing data model for ITIL related processes and support systems
- Help design and build an information model that will become a foundation for Master Data Management
- Assess and document existing information structure for authoritative master data sources
- Assess and document existing applications used to manage authoritative master data sources

Level of education:

- BSc
- MSc

Personal Characteristics:

- Self-driven
- Extrovert
- Good inter-personal skills
- Good communication skills, both written and oral

Required skills

- Hands-on knowledge of information- and Datamodelling
- Hands-on knowledge of modelling tools like Enterprise Architect from SparxSystems or System Architect from IBM
- Knowledge of modelling languages like IDEF1X, EXPRESS, UML etc.

Preferred skills

MS Office tools including MS Visio
