MY DUTIES:

-Assessing existing material and information on completeness with respect to project scope
-Create a target operating model (TOM) and define relevant actions to be taken to come from As-is to TOM
-Bring in external view and subject matter expertise to the overall project and selected focus topics
-Preparation of BIT Management workshops in close alignment with the persons responsible for the project at the company with respect to content and topics to be covered
-In case existing documentation is not complete, preparation and conduction of selected interviews
-Conduction and moderation of the BIT Management workshops
-Documentation and alignment of project results (operating model, implementation plan)
-Continuous alignment with company's responsible persons, discussion of content, scope and direction of the project (sparring)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Energy business know-how
-Familiar with FO/MO/BO processes
-IT Management expertise in practice
-IT Architecture skills
-Strong IT Governance and operating model skills
-Expertise on application development and operations processes
-ITIL experience
-Experience in moderation of workshops
-Fluency in English (written and spoken)
