WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

A passionate and inspiring IT Team Lead for the Backlog & Generic department with IBM Mainframe experience.

As an IT Team Lead Mainframe you actively participate in the development, management and monitoring of Mainframe applications with a continuously improving organization. You have positive energy, know the Agile Way-of-Work and are open to various challenges on a platform with (very) different IT systems. You are an expert in motivating colleagues, driven to achieve results and are more than skilled in the field of Mainframe software and hardware.

In the WoW, for 60% of your time, you are involved in the development, simplification, decomation, management and implementation of applications. The remaining 40% of your job functions as a coach of the team and you are responsible for all aspects of HR that stimulate, motivate and coach the experts in your team that consists of 10 Mainframe specialists. As Team Lead you are responsible for the mastery of your employees in the WoW model.

WHAT DO YOU BRING:

- HBO/WO work and thinking level
- Experience with developing and managing applications on IBM Mainframe Platform
- Extensive experience with Cobol, PL1, JCL, TSO, CICS, IMS, DB2, Omegamon, Endevor, TWS
- Affinity with IBM Mainframe Hardware/Platform
- Experience with Scrum/Agile Way-of-Work
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong people management skills
- 'Take it on and make it happen' mentality
