IT Change Programme Manager - 5m contract - Cardiff IT Change Programme Manager - 5m contract - Cardiff I am seeking an experienced IT Change Programme Manager to assist my public sector client in a major new restructuring of their Information Services department. Key Skills: - IS department restructuring - Change management - Stakeholder management My client has recently changed from having to rely on many externally provided services to having more services provided internally. Their current Head of Information is departing the business and the client would like an externals view of how the department should be structured moving forward and help with the change management and recruitment involved to make it happen.
