IT Change Manager - Planisware tool

Edelway is a Swiss IT professional services company, a part of AKKA Technologies Group.

We are actively looking for a IT Change Manager for Planisware tool in order to join our global pharmaceutical client based in Basel, Switzerland.

Starting date: ASAP
Type: long term contract

Project Management for the tool called "Planisware". The tool went live in 2016.

The main role of the contractor is change management and training development. The contractor will mainly work with the project manager and the work stream leads.

Tasksat least 4 years of experience in multinational companies)
*Experience in IT change management (experience with tool implementation is preferred)
*Certified in CM (Change Mgt)/OCM (Organizational Change Mgt)/or similar (eg PMP also possible)
*Experience in training development (in the last 5 years)
*Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative, and a "thinker")
*Ability to see the big picture, but at the same time do detailed work
*Great communication skills

Fluent in English, German is a good asset.
