For our client, one of the most recognizable pharmaceutical brands in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for an IT Change Manager for a challenging new project in Basel.
This is a six month contract with a strong chance of extension in Basel, Switzerland.
IT CHANGE MANAGER, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)
In your role as IT Change Manager, you will work in a project team developing a user interface for a document manager system. You will work with technical and test leads to define, document and manage configuration requirements and standards for code management.
The detailed tasks would include:
- Ensure proper usage of the version control system and the code is checked in with descriptive comments.
- Works closely with Development team leads, TPMs and SMs who need to enforce that standards are followed
- Monitors how code management is performed
- Document and communicate standards to relevant stakeholders
- Be the single point of contact for all changes into Non-Production environments ie major/minor releases, system upgrades, system patches etc
In order to be considered for this position, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong track record as a Change Manager in a large global organisation
- Experience with document management systems, especially SharePoint or Documentum, advantageous
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Ideally experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Strong personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
