We are hiring for IT CHANGE MANAGERrole at MECHELEN, BELGIUM for one our reputed client.
JOB TITLE: IT CHANGE MANAGER
LOCATION: MECHELEN, BELGIUM
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT
NOTE: English Dutch are mandatory, French will be plus.
ROLE:
IT Change Manager required to co-ordinate the Change Management for all IT aspects of the Telenet GDPR work streams as shown in the diagram below.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have delivered several large Change Management initiatives
have strong persuasive and be able to interact at executive levels
present business cases and work across multiple senior stakeholders
Example also be able to arrange and execute training and other L&D activities
Must have strong IT background
Preferred languages: English, Dutch. French will be a plus
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
The need for Change Management resources across the program, to assist highly impacted organisations to connect all the dots regarding GDPR changes in concert with existing departmental initiatives - to ensure that changes are managed, drive maximum value and minimise the level of conflicting disruption.
The CM role as coordinating, driving and implementing all workstream GDPR changes but with a specific focus on the vertical organisation (including external 3rd parties). Must have a IT domain expertise. Their primary role is to construct a GDPR implement programme and ensure execution - that means they are hands on and involved - considering the inherent conflicts on resources and initiatives already underway and accountable for implementing any specific RMD GDPR actions required, including consent management, notifications, profiling etc.
