IT Change/Configuration Manager (SC) - Contract - London - £competitive

Synergize Consulting are now hiring for an IT focused Change/Configuration Manager to work at a leading government client based in London on a contract basis.

This role will sit closely alongside IT Project Managers to define change control processes and the configuration of new technologies and requests.

Responsibilities include:

- To work with project managers and Embedded PMO resources within the programme's sub-programmes to implement the change control process at all levels of programme, sub-programme and project delivery.
- To coordinate programme-level change requests and impact assessments
- Manage the programme's change log.
- E stablishment of change processes for different change classifications

Experience required:

- Be well versed in configuration management and change control techniques
- Experience of a large public sector transformation programme with complex procurement and reform elements would be an advantage.
- Excellent skills in relevant MS Applications for example Excel, MS-Project, Access, Visio.
- Due to the nature of the client it would be an advantage for candidates to hold or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance
