IT Chain Manager - Dutch Speaking

Dutch speaking IT Chain Manager required to work within the B2C IT Operations team for this forward thinking Telecoms company

Your role will include:
* Contact point, escalation point, business coordinator for operational IT matters
* Keeps in touch with the various IT delivery teams, scrum teams to monitor the progress of IT issues on behalf of the business
* Monitors the incidents in the ticket system for reporting to IT management
* Analyses IT incidents and determines the root cause
* Provides input, a.h.v. the common IT incidents, for the feedback loop to development teams or DevOps team to realize structural improvements
* Guid IT projects together with the business
* Participates in various (scrum) meetings
* Works together with your fellow chain manager in B2B

You will be based in Diemen and should have the willingness to travel occasionally within and outside of Europe
