IT Business Systems Analyst - Norway

Location; Stavanger, Norway

Leading Oil and Gas operator requires an IT Business Systems Analyst for 10 months minimum and to be based Full time in Norway.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as part of the Project Services team with the responsibility to manage the identification and evaluation of IT systems to be utilised on projects
Identify which areas of work require IT systems and evaluate what is available, along with proposing budgets for implementation
Finalise the IT strategy for major projects
Prepare and present the solutions in the approval process
Manage the implementation of the IT strategy ensuring the selected systems are implemented correctly and on time and within budget
Interface closely with IS department
Stakeholder management

QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years IT Business Analyst experience
5+ years Oil and Gas industry experience
Proven experience in multiple system/software implementation
Superb supplier and customer management skills
Excellent presentation skills
Norwegian/Scandinavian language skills a real benefit, but not essential
