IT Business Systems Analyst

*BUSINESS/SYSTEMS ANALYST NEEDED*

The project is a new global application used to create customer quotations leveraging global master data. Live for approximately 10 months, there is ongoing new Agile development, support and troubleshooting of existing functionality in the system. The Business Systems Analyst will primarily assist in troubleshooting application issues, providing superior customer service by analysing errors, bugs, and enhancement requests, and performing quality assurance testing for new code deployments.

The successful candidate will analyze, and gather system functional and technical requirements for custom applications. S/He will communicate well with business users, and translate their requirements into technical terms for both in-house and external developers. The role will be a split between support for the application, testing new code deployments, and business system analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Team Foundation Server experience helpful, testing.NET applications, Databases used: SQL Server, Ticketing: HP Service Manager 7
- Ability to provide system analysis, developing test plans, functional testing, communication with both business and development teams
- Strong customer focus, analysis/troubleshooting, problem solving, communication, team player
- Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced, goal/results oriented group, highly structured environment
