IT BUSINESS SUPPORT AGENT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Newtown Square, PA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- IT related degree or experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support role acts as the dispatcher for new incoming incident reports in the SoD system (incidents are entered in the SoD system from the Sales Managers)
- The reported incidents will then be checked for completeness and then forwarded to the respective expert/organization (Cloud Support, IT, CRM Key Users)
- After the incident has been resolved, the resolution will be shared with the Sales Managers directly

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology (IT) discipline from a four-year college or university
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with multiple departments/cultures
- Great ability of coordinating tasks and meeting deadlines
