IT Business Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Map as-is and to-be business processes associated with Telecom Expense Management system in MS Visio while engineering process improvement where possible.
- Identify business, functional, and human requirements to support Telecom Expense Management and create related specification and use case documentation.
- Ability to solicit and generate technical system integration requirements for solution to be integrated with multiple SaaS and Cloud-based systems provided by various suppliers.
- Ensure the successful implementation or managed removal/addition of project requirements.
- Adhere to communication plan and risk management processes outlined by the project team.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED:

- Microsoft Office (including Visio and Access)
- Microsoft Project
- 5-6 years business process Mapping/Improvement/Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- PMP Methodology (Critical Path Management)
- 2-3 years project management experience

PREFERRED:

- Experience with Telecom Expense Management
- PMP Certified
- BAMP Certified
- Familiarity with ITIL
