Part Time (14.8 hrs per week), 2-years fixed-term
Grade F: £32,277 - £35, 256 per annum, pro rata

Are you looking to develop your customer engagement, account management, business development, strategic partnership, relationship management and IT skills?

An opportunity has arisen to join the University's IT and Media Services (ITMS) Business Engagement team. Working as one of four IT Business Partners you will manage business relationships with university faculties and directorates and act as the primary point of customer engagement for all non-operational activities. You will be required to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to help develop a clear understanding of business activities, processes and drivers within your allocated university areas. You will use this knowledge to facilitate the alignment of ITMS's strategic, tactical and operational objectives and ensure that service level agreements are met.

You will be joining ITMS at an exciting time of investment and modernisation. You should be organised, motivated and enthusiastic about helping ITMS make a difference to our staff and students. The IT Business Partner role includes raising the profile of ITMS within the university and acting as an ambassador, whilst making clients aware of capabilities, services and future plans.

You should have good communication skills and an ability to present to a variety of audiences.
