IT Business Manager
This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced IT Business Manager to work within a Global financial organization in Zurich.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Proactively support IT Management and staff
Role for monitoring, tracking and administrating IT platforms and processes
Direct accountability for time management systems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Monitoring and tracking incoming invoices from all IT vendors
Produce various reports for stakeholders (Finance, HR, Management and other stake holders)
Tracking staff administration across IT systems
Tracking time reporting and month end closing (time tracking tool) in Access Database
Support Cost Center & Internal Orders opening and close process in SAP and other systems
Extend support to the different heads in the IT department
Closely collaborate with IT Finance and Project Portfolio Management.
Management of rewards/Gifts/Hospitality
Group Policy Learning support for all of IT
Support for setting up new and renewing of third party contracts (suppliers and vendors)
SKILLS
Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
English written and spoken (German written and spoken preferred)
Basic know-how in operating databases and applications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Work Experience: preferably working in large, global organizations
Ability to think analytically and approach problem solving in a methodological and creative manner
Interest in understanding various IT platforms, and processes
University degree
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months +
