IT & Business Change Business Analyst

My Berkshire based, multi National Software Company is urgently recruiting for an ITanalysing and documenting the arising requirements; ensuring that these are delivered and meet business objectives/benefits.

The Business Analyst will be accountable to the Business Sponsors or Project Manager for project specific deliverables and to the Head of IT Solutions Delivery for all other aspects, but will be expected to exercise independent initiative, to adopt an agile and flexible approach to ensure success.

I am looking for a proven Business Analyst with experience applying key Business Analysis techniques within established Project and SDLC Frameworks.
Experience working on enterprise-wide transformational change projects for a global technology would be advantageous
Waterfall and Agile delivery experience
ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis preferred but not essential
