For a long-term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a
IT BUSINESS/APPLICATION ANALYST - CLOUD SERVICES SOLUTION (5646)
As lead of a small team of Business Analysts the candidate need to engage with Senior SMEs' and Senior Stakeholder from all IT domain areas as well as CTO & Divisional and Group Information Security Officers.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD AS IT BUSINESS ANALYST WITH AN APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT BACKGROUND WORKED IN SIMILAR PROJECTS, PREFERABLY IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- Experienced in dealingwith non-functional requirements addressed to IT APPLICATIONS (SECURITY: DATA PROTECTION/ACCESS MANAGEMENT/AUTHENTICATION, RECORDS MANAGEMENT & ARCHIVING, BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT, ETC.)
- KNOW-HOW OF PROCESSES AND CONFIGURATIONS MANAGEMENT DATA BASES (ACCORDING TO ITIL TERMINOLOGY)
- Knowhow in cloud solutions of any kind (from pure externally hosted web pages, to traditional externally hosted services to full cloud services solution (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS, ..)
- ABLE TO SELF-MANAGE, SHOW LEADERSHIP AND DELIVER TO TARGET WHILE INTEGRATING THE VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS REQUIRED FOR THE WORK PRODUCT
- First-hand experience in the area of data protection requirements and regulations
- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process as well as project management skills
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS A PLUS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse existing standard non-functional requirements for in-house operated applications and define new non-functional requirements applicable for externally hosted (XaaS) solutions
- Specify requirements for toolset adaptions, acceptance testing of implemented solutions, develop migration strategies and plans
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Provide Technical expertise within their functional area with the team, prove accountability and be a role models to others
- Ensure processes, deliverables and responsibilities are fully aligned with strategic priorities/goals of the organization
- Coordination and negotiation for a mid-size project with lot of different stakeholders
