IT Business Analyst with Finance/Management Accounting Background

Due to increased project requirements, our client a leading FMCG brand is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong finance or management accounting background.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE WORKING IN FINANCIAL OR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING WITH CA/CPA QUALIFICATION
- 4+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst on a project implementing solutions to meet finance requirements (such as financial consolidations, financial planning, management reporting, statutory reporting and business performance reporting)
- Ability to understand the Finance requirements and information needs and translate these into functional and reporting requirements
- Ability to collaborate with technical team members on detailed design
- Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or finance system design
- Experience in data requirements gathering for finance reporting through BI
- Proven ability to build relationships across various teams
- Strong desire to learn the detailed end-to-end business performance reporting
- To be self-motivated and flexible to adjust to changing requirements
