IT Business Analyst/UAT - SAP MII platform, OPC, HP/ALM, SDLC

Leading global pharmaceutical company require a Technical BA and UAT specialist with knowledge of SAP MII, OPC, HP/ALM and SDLC. This is a long-term contract based in Beerse, Belgium.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

-As part of a team you will be responsible for the analysis of new functionalities, integration and improvements (change management) towards custom made applications
-Creates, analyzes, modifies, implements and maintains applications including identifying data sources, coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
-Translate the functional requirements into technical design, application configuration and testing efforts
-Preparation of detailed requirements specifications for systems design
-Ensures completeness, accuracy and consistency of the data so that it meets the designed specifications - Interprets changes in source systems and effect on data transfer
-Manages assigned project timelines/prioritizes tasks
-Planning and control of acceptance testing
-Collaborates with and communicates to multidisciplinary teams
-LoIT complaints and inquiries in designated tools
-Reviews and modifies departmental SOPs and FCDs
-Performs ad-hoc programming and support in case of business critical applications
-Development and execution of System Acceptance Test Cases, and when necessary, Validation Test Cases
-Act as a project member for new releases, updates, go lives, etc.
-Documenting all aspects of the system (eg process design, application configuration, test plans, etc.)

Non-Technical profile requirements

-Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work) - Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
-Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
-Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan - Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
-Quick learner, motivated self-starter
-Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
-Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Methodology/Certification requirements
-Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
-Additional certification is a plus
-Language proficiencies - English spoken and written - Dutch is a plus

Project - Go Live

-As part of a team you will be responsible for guiding the UAT and assisting the business while performing the UAT for the upgrade of the Integration Layer.

This includes driving the execution of the UAT protocol, assisting with documenting the UAT tests in HP/ALM and coordinating the UAT tests.
